OAK RIDGE, Tenneesee — July 24, 2025 Aleut Demolition Services LLC (Aleut), a subsidiary of Aleut Federal, LLC (Aleut Federal), has been honored with a 2025 Small Business Award by United Cleanup Oak Ridge (UCOR) for outstanding performance in support of the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Oak Ridge Office of Environmental Management (OREM).

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Aleut Federal, LLC (Aleut) has signed on as a corporate sponsor of local youth robotics team, Snowbotics, for its April 2022 trip to the International Robotics Competition in Houston, Texas.
Snowbotics is a southern Colorado extracurricular robotics team that won the First Lego League Regional Competition in November 2021 and went on to win the Colorado State Robotics Championship in December 2021. Now, this 6-member team is on its way to represent the great state of Colorado in the International Competition in Houston, Texas!
Aleut Program Manager, Jay Waldman, secured the sponsorship on behalf of the team. “We [Aleut] are always excited to support local academics. Nurturing a new generation of roboticists and supporting STEM programs is a huge part of our commitment to corporate citizenship,” said Waldman.
Aleut’s mission centers around a philosophy of “Ataqan Akun” – a phrase in the native Aleut language which translates to “We Are One.” This philosophy centers around the idea that achieving excellence requires the recognition and fostering of connection between Aleut shareholders, clients, communities, and its people.
