Design-Build
At Aleut, our design-build philosophy not only integrates the roles of designer and constructor but also prioritizes a critical third component – you. Customer collaboration is vital to the production of innovative, functional solutions. Aleut offers a broad range of in-house trades, constructability analysis, and construction management capabilities. Design-build leverages synergy on behalf of our federal, state, and commercial customers, in tandem with our engineering, architectural, and specialized subcontracting partners, to deliver an exceptional customer experience on time, and on budget.
Design-Bid-Build
From pre-construction through commissioning, Aleut is a team of expert DBB contractors. We offer a comprehensive approach, identifying and reconciling all aspects of construction management in the most strategic and efficient way. We carefully evaluate your goals and requirements through the lens of three Core Components: schedule, budget, and safety. As with all our projects, Aleut promotes diligence and teamwork, thus avoiding common pitfalls of the DBB process. Decades of experience inform our approach to estimating both competitively and realistically.
Vertical Construction
Aleut provides new construction, improvement, and renovation services for vertical construction projects. Aleut’s successful completion of over 250 projects worldwide for private and federal agencies including DOE, DoD, USACE, DHS, and FEMA has equipped us with invaluable practical experience. We maintain a highly experienced, highly qualified workforce with competencies bridging a multitude of divisions, optimizing self-performance opportunities and encouraging cohesion. Heavy Civil Infrastructure Services
Aleut possesses the knowledge and resources to provide all elements of heavy civil infrastructure projects, including water and wastewater systems, sewers, levees, dikes, underground utilities and more. Aleut specializes in reconstruction and maintenance of existing flood control infrastructure as well as emergency and rapid flood management response for temporary pumping in communities impacted by flooding. We provide pump station construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance; levee construction and rehabilitation; rip rap placement; underwater berm construction and stabilization; and temporary pumping. Drawing upon the strength of the Aleut Federal family of companies, the heavy civil services expand to include environmental services and energy conservations/resilience – streamlining operations without sacrificing quality. With regulatory and budgetary requirements at the forefront of our process, Aleut continuously exceeds customer expectations.
Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization
From minor inspections and preventative maintenance to large-scale replacement of facility components, Aleut offers a range of Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) services. We work to find solutions that adapt to meet the changing needs of our clients – reducing aggregate cost and increasing functionality.
Demolition
Aleut provides extensive experience in building decontamination, dismantlement, and demolition to include facilities contaminated with hazardous or radiological contaminants and unexploded ordinance. We provide qualified personnel and teams to safely and securely remove equipment and other materials, and decontaminate and demolish a wide range of facilities.

Case Studies
Deconstruction of Major Facilities
Aleut demolished more than 20 buildings and structures performing structural demolition, slab and sub-slab demolition, waste disposal, and recycling of metals and other recoverable items. This included deconstruction of a multi-story facility requiring asbestos abatement (including transite panel removal and large HVAC duct removal at heights), universal waste removal, disassembly of electrical and mechanical systems, drywall removal, and waste disposal/recycling. As part of the project, we were responsible for all storm water protections and extensive site restoration, including import of specified top soil and placement and establishment of sod.

ARS Aleut Demolition Services, LLC (AADS)
Formed in 2019, ARS Aleut Demolition Services, LLC (AADS) is a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) program participant and Small Disadvantaged Business. AADS specializes in site preparation and secure construction services to include radioactive and hazardous structures, for federal customers throughout the U.S. This includes providing qualified personnel with the appropriate clearances to meet customer requirements.
Aleut Flood Management, LLC (AFM)
Formed in 2021, Aleut Flood Management, LLC (AFM) is a U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Small Disadvantaged Business. AFM specializes in flood management of all kinds including, pump station construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance; levee construction and rehabilitation; rip rap placement; underwater berm construction and stabilization; and temporary pumping. AFM offers services for federal and commercial customers throughout the United States.
